Reservations
To ensure that you obtain the appointment times you desire, please make reservations
at least two weeks in advance. At the time of booking, please make us
aware of medical conditions, allergies, or pregnancy so that we may ensure your
choice of treatment is suitable. Some treatments
are contraindicated for certain health conditions. If you are under the
care of a physician, please consult your physician before reserving your
appointment. Your information will remain confidential. A credit card guarantee
is required at time of booking. Upon checkout, guests choose their method
of payment. Scheduling your appointment is your acceptance of our
Reservation and Cancellation Policies.
Cancellation Policies & Fees
Your spa appointments are reserved exclusively for you. As a courtesy to
our therapists and other guests, we require a 24 hour notice if you must cancel
or reschedule your appointment. All "no shows", cancellations and
appointment changes made within our 24 hour notice will be billed 100% for their
scheduled services if we are unable to rebook the time reserved for you.
Payment
For your convenience, our Spa accepts Visa and MasterCard credit cards,
cash, checks, Christina Christner Skin Care & Wellness Spa gift
certificates, and Bloom Beauty Boutique gift certificates.
Check-In
Please arrive 15 minutes prior to your scheduled appointment time.
This will allow adequate time to complete a medical history questionnaire,
change, and relax before your treatment.
Gratuities
Gratuities are at the guest's discretion and appreciated by staff for
outstanding service.
Etiquette
Our spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect
the quite and privacy of other guests by turning off cell phones and pagers and
speaking softly or simply enjoying the silence.
